Verde Canyon Railway

Ride the Verde Canyon Railway In Clarkdale, Arizona

Introduction

The Verde Canyon Railway is a great way to get from Sedona to Jerome. The ride is scenic, with beautiful views of the red rocks, and it’s also relaxing as you sit back and enjoy the breeze in your face while being pulled by an old locomotive. This train has been operating since 1916 and has been owned by the National Park Service and Amtrak throughout its history. It’s now owned by private owners who have restored it while keeping some of its original charm intact.

Product reviews of Verde Canyon Railway in Clarkdale, Arizona

It’s a great option for families. The Verde Canyon Railway is a fun way to spend the day with your family and friends. It’s an opportunity for you to learn about the history of trains, see spectacular scenery in Arizona and hear stories about what it was like living in this area during different eras.

I would recommend this tour if you love trains or want to experience Arizona while riding on one of their steam locomotives. You’ll get to ride in open-air or enclosed cars depending on the time of year (if it’s wintertime). The train ride goes through tunnels and crosses several bridges that take you over rivers and creeks as well as into areas where there aren’t any roads at all! This is a great way for kids (older than about eight years old) who are interested in trains or learning more about how our country was built may enjoy taking this trip with their family members who might not be willing travelers themselves but still want them close by so they don’t miss out on anything happening around them while we’re exploring new places together!
